Billing Policy

This Billing Policy describes how subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for Great Northern Gains coaching services.

Subscription Overview

How Billing Works

Your first payment is charged when you complete checkout at the end of the registration process. This initiates your subscription and grants access to the client portal. Subsequent payments are automatically charged on the same calendar date each month (your billing anniversary).

You will receive a receipt via email after each successful payment. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

• Stripe will automatically retry the charge up to 3 times over the following days
• You will receive an email notification of the failed payment
• Your account status will be updated to "past due"
• If the charge remains unpaid for 15 days, portal access will be suspended
• To resolve a failed payment, update your payment method directly in Stripe's customer portal (link provided in the payment failure email)

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

• Message your coach directly through the portal, or
• Email us at jonathonstotler@gmail.com

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain portal access through the last day of the period you have paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your decision to join. Our refund policy:

• First 7 days: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial payment and have not yet received a personalized program, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us to initiate.
• After 7 days: All payments are non-refundable. We invest significant time in building your program and reviewing check-ins from day one.
• Disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will review your account and work toward a resolution.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we increase the subscription price, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.

Taxes

Prices listed are in USD and do not include any applicable sales tax. If sales tax applies to your jurisdiction, it will be calculated and collected at checkout.
