This Billing Policy describes how subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for Great Northern Gains coaching services.

Your first payment is charged when you complete checkout at the end of the registration process. This initiates your subscription and grants access to the client portal. Subsequent payments are automatically charged on the same calendar date each month (your billing anniversary).
You will receive a receipt via email after each successful payment. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain portal access through the last day of the period you have paid for. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle.

We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we increase the subscription price, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
Prices listed are in USD and do not include any applicable sales tax. If sales tax applies to your jurisdiction, it will be calculated and collected at checkout.
