Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement sets out the expectations and responsibilities for both coach and client in the Great Northern Gains 1-on-1 coaching program. By completing enrollment, you agree to the terms below.

The success of this coaching relationship depends on your engagement and honesty. As a client, I ask that you:

3. Program Delivery

Your customized workout program will be delivered through the client portal within 3–5 business days of your first payment. Nutrition targets will be set based on your intake questionnaire and updated as your program progresses.

Programs are structured in weekly training blocks. Your coach will review your check-in each week and push updated guidance or adjustments through the portal.

4. Check-In Schedule

Check-ins are submitted weekly through the portal. A complete check-in includes:

Clients who miss 2 or more check-ins in a row without communication will receive an automated reminder. Consistently missing check-ins limits the quality of coaching I can provide.

5. Communication Standards

All coaching communication happens through the in-app messaging system. This ensures your coaching history stays organized and accessible. I do not provide coaching via personal social media DMs.

I reply to messages Monday through Friday. For non-urgent questions, expect a response within 48 hours. For urgent matters, please indicate "urgent" in your message.

6. Health and Safety

Your safety is non-negotiable. If you experience pain, injury, or a significant health change:

I am not a licensed physician or physical therapist. Program modifications will be made based on your feedback, but medical clearance is your responsibility.

7. Cancellation and Pausing

You can cancel your coaching subscription at any time by messaging your coach or contacting us at jonathonstotler@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Life happens. If you need to pause due to travel, injury, or other circumstances, reach out. I'll work with you on the best path forward.

8. Confidentiality

Everything you share — your health history, progress data, photos, and personal conversations — is treated with complete confidentiality. Your information will never be shared or published without your explicit written consent.

9. Agreement

By completing enrollment and beginning your subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Coaching Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Billing Policy.
