These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Great Northern Gains website and coaching platform (the "Service") operated by Great Northern Gains ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service without verifiable parental consent provided in writing prior to enrollment.
Great Northern Gains provides online fitness coaching services including, but not limited to, customized workout programs, nutrition guidance, weekly check-in reviews, and direct messaging access to your coach. Coaching is delivered through the client portal and is subject to availability.
Acceptance into the coaching program is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at any time.
The information, programs, and guidance provided through the Service are for general fitness and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical, nutritional, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or dietary program, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You represent that you are in adequate physical health to participate in a fitness program and that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions during the intake process.
The Service is offered on a $200/month recurring subscription basis. Your subscription begins on the date your payment is processed. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.

All content in the Service—including workout programs, meal plans, written materials, and software—is the property of Great Northern Gains and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we collect and use your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including health and fitness data necessary to deliver your coaching program.
We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms or the Privacy Policy at least 30 days before changes take effect via email or in-app notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Northern Gains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Great Northern Gains and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wasilla, Alaska.
